Feast in the Fitz, Friday, the 11th of September

Near Hopetoun | Friday 11 September

This September, Paul Iskov and the Fervor team return to the Fitzgerald Biosphere as part of the Ravensthorpe Wildflower Show. Held at a private location near Hopetoun, Feast in the Fitz will be an evening shaped by the region, its spring landscape and remarkable biodiversity.

Guests will begin with a Wildflower Gin Cocktail as the sun settles behind the Eyre Range, before sitting down to a 6–8 course degustation inspired by Australian native ingredients and matched with wines from Monty’s Leap. The full menu will be revealed on the evening.

Return bus transport from Hopetoun is included, with the exact location shared with guests closer to the event.

Kaya. From our home on the Wadandi beaches to the Yawuru wetlands to the Ballardong plains to the Gija gorges, we love this Country. We pay our respects to Nature, to Ancestors and to Elders, from the time when the world was soft until tomorrow when the sun rises again. We are grateful to the place and the people who are the traditional custodians, and acknowledge that our work is a celebration of the care for Country that matters to us all. Fervor says thank you Boodja.
